We created Wild Friends as two hungry college students looks for healthy snacks. Since making our first jar in 2011, we’ve launched dozens of new flavors of nut butter, left our college apartment behind and are now based in Portland, Oregon, but a few things have stayed the same — most importantly, our passion for great-tasting products, made with the healthiest whole ingredients we can find.

From our subtlely sweet Honey Sunflower Butter to a more decadent Chocolate Sunflower Butter, we have a flavor for everyone. We believe that eating healthy doesn’t have to mean always choosing “plain”.

Our sunflower butters are 100% Organic and 100% Non-GMO. We set ourselves apart with easy-to-read ingredient lists, low sugar content, and never any preservatives or additives.

Where did you get the inspiration for your product?

We love putting unique and healthy twists on classic foods like peanut butter. We’re inspired by reviving the foods we already know, love and eat.

We focus on offering the highest quality products in the widest variety. We offer peanut, almond and sunflower butters, in a range of flavors to match all dietary preferences.

Tell us about the best and most challenging parts of the creation process.

We love the process of creating new products. The best part is giving our customers a product they’ve been asking us for – fulfilling a real need. The challenge is always meeting our high standards on nutrition and ingredients, without compromising on great taste.
